- How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email, Google account, or Apple ID directly in the app. - How do I manage my subscription?
Subscription management is handled through your device's app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). - How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app, or visit our Delete Account page. - What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your account data, images, and try-on results will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Technical Issues
- The app crashes or freezes
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device or reinstall the app. - Try-on results look incorrect
Ensure you're using a clear, well-lit photo with your full body visible. Try adjusting the lighting or taking a new photo. - Images won't upload
Check your internet connection. Ensure the image file size isn't too large (we recommend under 10MB). - Processing takes too long
Processing time depends on your internet connection and server load. Please wait a few moments. If it takes more than 2 minutes, try again.
Privacy & Security
- How is my data stored?
Your data is securely stored using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). See our Privacy Policy for more details. - Are my photos used to train AI?
No, we do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent. - Who can see my try-on results?
Only you can see your try-on results unless you choose to share them.
